In renovation works, there are two areas that can make more money. One is to use lower-end materials, and the other is to accelerate project completion by sacrificing quality. For example, a 30-day renovation period can be shortened to 20 days to reduce labor costs.
As a reputable renovation company, we use building materials equivalent to the quotations, and never use cheaper substitutes on the sly. When a project is completed, we will check the building materials with the customer during inspection to ensure that the renovation gets all the correct building materials it deserves.
We evaluate the renovation period in the early stage of planning to ensure a normal work pace so that the progress is neither too fast nor too slow, giving top priority to our work quality. More importantly, we want to make sure that there will be no sequelae for the project, including essential tasks like roof waterproofing.
